The Block of Flats in Brno, Bystrc - Project Planning and Management

This thesis deals with the project planning and management of the construction of two houses of flats in Brno – Bystrc, Šemberova street. The houses of flats are designed as a newly built five floors above ground and one basement floor. The supporting system is made from brick ceramic blocks, underground floor is made of concrete blocks. This thesis processes technological project of building as preparation and building site equipment, use of machines necessary for implementation of the construction, monitoring and test plan, technological steps for basement walls of shuttering blocks. Finally, in this thesis dealt with time and cost of construction of houses of flats.

Construction Technological Project of Building Blocks of Flat Nad Městem

The diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preparation of apartment buildings in „Nad Městěm“ locality in Nové Město na Moravě. The buildings have four above-ground floors and one underground floor with garages. This work contains a technical report of a construction project, a coordination situation with broader transport routes, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the cross building budget, the technological regulations, the control and test plans and specialized assignment of the noise study.

The Use of Methods of the Project Management in IT Projects

The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practise, specifically in the creation of a new brand of Mamtex, s. r. o. First part is devoted to theoretical background, which one is then used for the practical part itself. The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

Module of Digital Outputs with Modbus Communication

Goal of mine bachelor’s thesis is create functional module of digital outputs, which can be seen in typical industry using. This module must contain communication interface on protocol Modbus and standard communication bus RS-232, RS-485. The module must be equipped with microcontroller series x51. Size of equipment must be minimalized into the smallest proportion. One part of the thesis is focused on theoretic information about Modbus protocol. Next parts contain charakteristics of communication and software facility.

Sports Centre in Pardubice, Preparation for Construction

The aim of this master's thesis is the elaboration of a preparation of construction implementation of the Sport Center in Pardubice. The construction system of the building is wall-mounted, made of Porotherm blocks. Ceiling structures are made from prefabricated panels. This thesis covers the study of rough construction implementation, the technological regulations and control and testing plan for the implementation of green roof and ventilated facade, construction site equipment, mechanization design, safety aspects, noise study, and comparison of green roofs. Furthermore, the thesis includes the time and financial plan for the construction of the main building structure. The work encompasses a drawing section.

Optical cabling - a comparison

The thesis is focused on an analysis of mounting and cable laying fiber optic lines. The first chapter includes an analysis is made comparing parameters fiber and copper cabling, mainly in terms of access networks. This part specifies the various transmission media and access networks that are operated on them. Attention is focused on the transmission rate and its possible impact, provided the capacity and other important values. This section also demands site maintenance, service, or any failure on the routes of these networks. With this goal in the second chapter was created several designs networks that provide insight into possible solutions to the situation for emerging networks, and for upgrading existing networks, using both management and elements of optical and copper, or combinations thereof. Provide information from expert sources and verified directs the work of the future and to clarify further the eventual development of individual technologies. Most other space and offers the potential of optical technology, nature, and therefore the third chapter is fully devoted to only the transmission medium. At the beginning of this section is a theoretical analysis of possible ways of cable laying fiber optic cabling with a comparison of advantages and disadvantages. The most stable is an underground installation, which is costly in standard cases. As a result of these factors proved to be a possible solution using the underground installation of water pipeline shutdown. Therefore, the optical path designed, organized and implemented laying of fiber optic cable. By completing the inspection measurement and evaluation of the cost compared with other ways of installing fiber optic cable.

Entrepreneurial Project - Expansion of the Hostel u Minoritů

The aim of the thesis is to compile a business plan for extending the accommodation space in the enterprise called “Hostel u Minoritů”, focused on providing short-term accommodating service. The premises of the establishment are currently located in the second floor of the private house at the Minoritská Street 10. The extending involves the whole third floor of the same building. Based on theoretical knowledge and acquired facts, the thesis suggests the form of the execution of the changes and the economical evaluation.
